What is the capacity of a space? A room consists of objects and negative space. Hoarders, overfill their houses with items increasing their occupied space and at the same time  defining the capacity of the space.Limits are almost  invisible - the only thing that works as a meter is the hoarders themselves.  It feels like they want to detach themselves from the outside world by making their walls thicker, isolating themselves more and more. The objects lose their functionality and the hoarders end up being one with them. Narrow passages and gaps make human movement impossible but there is always a place to sleep and a place for a computer and a phone.  The kitchen, the living room etc. are all covered and it is unclear if they exist under all these objects.

These spaces are as undefined as the information online. We download files, save links, document information and we save everything in  flash players, hard drivers, cd‘s and the cloud. Our computers store information, which occupies space the same way  hoarders’ objects do. They might not have space to cook or to pass, but they have access to the internet from which they buy/get more things.
